How Will We Use It?
- We regularly review and categorize feedback into course, lab, Agent, website, and collaboration needs.
- Common questions may be incorporated into course guidance or the OnSiteGPT knowledge base.
- High-value requests may inform future features and lab-task iterations.
- We will follow up on collaboration and co-building proposals.
Feedback Loop
We want feedback collection to be part of the Learning Center’s ongoing improvement, rather than a one-time suggestion box.
Submit a RequestLearners, educators, or developers complete the form to describe the issue, context, and expected outcome.
Review and CategorizeThe development team organizes feedback by courses, labs, Agents, website issues, and collaboration.
Move into IterationCommon questions enter the knowledge base; high-value needs feed into course and feature planning.
Support TeachingFeedback outcomes support the course teaching cycle and development of OnSite 3.0.
Submit Feedback / a Request
The survey takes about 3–5 minutes. It does not require personally identifying information unless you choose to leave contact details. Responses will be used to develop OnSite Learning Center, improve teaching, and iterate platform capabilities.
